I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. We ordered both Veg Biryani and Chicken Dum Biryani, but the food was served cold even though we waited 15–20 minutes. When we raised the issue, the staff simply denied it and claimed it was hot when served, which clearly wasn't the case.

The taste was below average, the portion sizes were quite small, and the overall quality did not justify the price. The staff were not polite or helpful, and the hygiene standards were poor—tables were not cleaned properly, and there was no drinking water provided unless you buy bottled water.

Overall, I wouldn't recommend this place. Definitely not...

Never have I ever had such a bad experience in a restaurant! Keeping aside the fact that there was not a single person inside, there were rats running here and there in the dining hall.
