Consistenly good quality, delicious taste and generous portions of freshly cooked and nicely packed food getting delivered at the comfort of home... Almost from the beginning of the pandemic. Though there are few more food delivery portals at Paradip,nothing compares to the Ladle in terms of consistency, caustomisation of food and steaming hot quick delivery. The manager truely cares about your food experience and feedback to improve and serve better.Few personal favourites are biryani,tandoori ,rolls & dry manchurian items which deserved to be ordered frequently.Wish this startup includes a breakfast menu too & help the locals to venture...

This review is especially for the customer service received from the owners end. I posted a story on instagram tagging the place and someone from the other side pinged me if the food was good, I shared the whole experience and what he did was something beyond. He delivered the food again to my place, the whole preperation was as per my preference, instructions and they won our heart. I ordered Chicken momos, chicken dragon, garlic chicken, schezwan paneer, everything reached hot, well packaged, no spillage and the whole experience was...

Update: We're now in July 2022 and the service has gone down tremendously. Late deliveries and wrong orders have become a norm now. Go for other options instead of Ladle. Zomato is also here now.

Great food. The food packaging is quite good too. Would love to see more food options though. For now Chineese and Indian cuisine is available and they taste great.
