Manager committed me 2 days before that we will have service at 1730 Hours. But when I reached their for my daughters bday at 1730 Hours the hotel staff was on break. It was such a pathetic experience for me and my guests
The percentage of sweetener in the mock tails was so high I would guess almost 5 times the normal value. Though the chef offered us replacement but the mood was off
We ordered Chinese veg sizzler and what we get just a handful of rice and 5 or 6 balls of manchurian. That’s all. Hotel said sorry to us and again offered complimentary sizzler which we refused. It was testing of patience
Pizza was not up to the mark
The master stock of the restaurant was that they told me if I will give good feedback on google than they will give me 50% discount. I was having big doubt but I still took the chance.But after giving good feedback on google they handed over the bill with 5% discount only.
I feel this restaurant management really needs to work on building trust with customers. Without building trust you will be out of the market

Upon arrival, my team and I were made to wait for over an hour without being informed of the progress of our order. Despite multiple attempts to inquire about our food, the waiters seemed disinterested and unresponsive.
As the wait persisted, we grew increasingly frustrated and hungry, with no indication of when our food would be ready. Finally, after an hour of waiting, we made the difficult decision to leave the restaurant without any food.
Overall, my experience at the White Elephant was extremely frustrating and disappointing. The lack of communication from the staff, coupled with the extremely long wait time, made for an unpleasant dining experience. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a pleasant and efficient dining experience.
