Wow! Momo — Restaurant in Odisha

Worst experience at a restaurant, the staff were confused while taking order as if its their first day. All the tables still had leftovers and were dirty. After ordering they kept us waiting for an hour and kept giving orders to zomato and swiggt valets instead. Later after half an hour they tell us that what we ordered isn't available. We cancelled the ordered and got the refund after waiting for 30+ mins for nothing. Definitely not ordering from/dining in wow...

First of all Instead of chicken...Veg was given

Secondly the momos and the stuffing were completely stale...The momos wrappings were getting broken into pieces just like jigsaw puzzle pieces and the inside stuffing were foul smelling with sour taste...!!

If you don't have fresh food then do cancel it from your end...Our stomach is not your dustbin or garbage dump yard !

If there was an option for zero or negative rating ...I would have happily given...

Bunch of scammers. I ordered a combo pack of fried momos, burgers and pepsi but the pepsi was missing. Previously they had provided less quantity food on two occasions and this is the third time an item went missing. Despite the high prices they charge for the orders the service has been disgusting. They don't even pick up the phone and Zomato does nothing to help your cause. Beware of such...
