Palluruthy Puttu Kada — Restaurant in undefined

My friend mentioned this shop to me last week and I was surprised how did I miss this shop all along. We had initially stepped into order a Takeaway, but then decided to Dine-in.

It's a decent shop with some 4 or 5 desks and almost everyone was having the same thing to eat. Guess what, steaming hot white "puttu".

The speciality here is not the 'Kadala curry', but 'Kizhangu curry' or Potato curry. They prepare it so well and it goes along smoothly with the soft puttu they have. Along with that they serve the 'papad'. The combination rocks.

Since there is no name board or something like that for the shop the precised location is needed to find the shop, or else you can ask somebody else. There is no need of name board actually, the shop is famous although. The main dish available there is Putt with Kadala (chickpea) curry or potato curry. Snacks are also available. Rush on mornings. Very economical, tasty, putty and peas curry superb... not spacious... delicious food... reasonable price... displayed a detailed menu with price list inside the hotel.. friendly staffs... ancient famous puttu kada... but no car parking space... need to park vehicle beside the road...they have a great tea and coffee... they have healthy food options... upma is superb... Good halva pieces also...
