Today on 25th December I have booked table for 12 people for my 1st anniversary celebration. The issues we faced :- On 24th we have visited the hotel and asked for decoration, they told yeah we will araange for you at 7.00 pm We have reached hotel at 7.15 pm with all guest but decoration isn’t done till that time not even single balloons has there. My guest are waiting for 15 min in the waiting area. After that they have did some messed up decostion which is they charged for 500rs.

The food quantity and quality is not up to the mark they are overpriced. For example: Small coke bottle - 99rs The waiter doest have management skills to great customer they repeate the order and ask customer forcefully that you have ordered. That is so embarrassing.

I have ask Hotel owner that i will pay this bill amount by zomato but he clearly denied to pay from zomato. If hotel is not accepting zomato then they should not allowed this hotel to be listed on zomato. I am going to complaint about this to zomato as well. Owner / manager doesn’t understand transactions like card discounts and all. They are just want the money not customer satisfaction.

Nothing given complementary here all things are chargeble.

Overall the food was good but a little expensive. We loved the ambience and music, the staff were friendly. The roadside view, glass panels and interiors make the place look cozy and clean. They serve veg as well as non-veg options, however they have more non-veg food options.

They also have wine and alcohol.

We had Tom yum soup, Veg platter, laccha paratha, stuffed naan, plain naan, veg handi, sizzling brownie.

People can also try their Chinese & Thai menu along with biryani options.

The place is divided in 3 sections AC/non-AC/bar The place is not exactly wheelchair accessible and the stairs are steep. I haven’t had a chance to visit the washroom so cannot review it. There is a person allocated for valet parking and he also clicks good pictures.

Will visit this place again to try non vegetarian dishes.

I had booked a table using Zomato gold so I got 10% off while bill payment. But they do have membership options through which you can also avail discounts on final bill.

The restaurant is usually open till 12 am in the midnight. It’s very near to Khandeshwar railway station and highway.

First off, they were out of basic items like peanuts, which is almost a standard offering at any bar. To make matters worse, the beer was not available chilled, which is a crucial part of the drinking experience. It's disappointing to see such basics neglected.

The chutney dish was being moved around from one table to another, without any apparent care for hygiene or proper handling. This lack of attention to safety and cleanliness is concerning and makes me question the restaurant's overall standards.
