Bean Town Cafe (BTC) — Restaurant in Panvel

I went here with my friend for birthday celebration. We ordered paneer tikka pizza, blueberry banana milkshake and chicken burger. Sadly when we ate first piece of pizza came to know it was actually a chicken tikka pizza. We were fine to eat non veg as we are not pure vegetarians. Also they gave us banana milkshake ,when we did complaint about this to other waiter he went and told this scenario to manager and person who took order for food. I was angry on the fact that he was not even confident to came to us and accept his mistake and send manager for the talk. Manager was so hilarious that he wanted to make us fool by saying we just add small amount of blueberry syrup to milkshake that may be reason for banana only taste. If they add syrup into it atleast there should be blueberry color in it,anyone can see clearly from color and taste that it is banana milkshake. A good cafe in kharghar area where the staff are polite! I did visit this place last year but only 1-2 times. I would say that this cafe is good for people who can work from home or anywhere. I would recommend for you to come on a 2 wheeler as there is some parking spot. Avoid 4 wheelers as it might get towed. Also if you are using public transport, the cafe is in proximity to kharghar railway station which is accessible via an underground bridge and a bus stop outside . There’s a special seating area inside with Aircon where you can’t smoke(if you smoke 🚬 ) and a section outside where you can smoke! I saw some stray dogs and I believe it is a pet friendly cafe! I was specifically looking for a cafe where I can use laptop and connect to a charging socket which they have next to sofas. We ordered cappuccino and couple of cold coffee. Quite a stunning place to hangout in the evening and winter nights. The coffee served here is best and recommend. This place is closest to the Kharghar railway station for all the train travellers. The place is lively and if you're a local or a Navi Mumbaikar you'll certainly meet your random friends at this place. The cafe is opened now after lockdown and maintaining proper hygiene and social distancing. If coming to Navi Mumbai this is a much recommended cafe ❤️

About food: the food here tastes good and is pretty fine with the serving size. The pricing is above average but it is worth it.

About ambiance: the ambiance is cozy and feels really calm but lively. The inner seating is quite while outdoor seating is a bit loud and perfect for a big group. (Smoking zone available)
