China Bite Kharghar — Restaurant in Panvel

I have visited this place earlier also there vashi branch and kharghar branch too. Today I visited here with my friend as they have included some new items in there menu.

We ordered crispy chicken wings and dragon chicken. Both the dishes were very disappointing. Dragon chicken was very salty and the chicken was costed with thick cornflour batter. Which was very starchy after tossing in the gravy. Very thin slices of chicken covered in thick cornflour paste. You can see in the images the amount of cornflour that was put aside.

Coming to chicken wings. I'm a big fan of crispy chicken wings and I had tried it in many places. After the wings arrived I was so disappointed. First of all crispy chicken wings means they should be crispy and not soggy. The wings were dipped heavily in schezwan sause which made the wings too greasy. If you are naming the dish crispy wings then serve them crispy and you could have given the schezwan sauce separately as a dip.

Now talking about the hygiene. We spotted small mice running inside the kitchen 2-3 times. Well if you are opening a restaurant at least make sure to keep it well maintained and hygiene is the most important thing. I just have one suggestion for the management food, service can get better over the time. But hygiene is must if the restaurant lacks hygiene it...

We visit China Bite in Kharghar quite often, and it never disappoints! The food here is consistently delicious, with generous portions that easily stand out compared to other restaurants in the area. The place is relatively small, with just four tables, so most orders are takeaways. Despite its size, it’s probably the best Chinese restaurant in Kharghar....

Ordered Non Veg Combo and Veg Combo. Non Veg combo had 2 pieces of Chicken lollypop, half plate of chicken fried rice, chicken chilly and Lime juice. Veg Combo had 2 pieces of Spring roll, half plate of fried rice, Manchurian with gravy and Lime juice. They had a offer so I got both the combo for 99rs each, which was insane.

Food quality-3/5 Chicken Chilly, Veg fried rice and Chicken fried rice could have been better.
