DJ Vadapav & Misal Pav in Kharghar is truly a gem for anyone who loves authentic Maharashtrian street food. Their vadapav is easily one of the best in Navi Mumbai – perfectly spiced, freshly prepared, and served piping hot. The chutneys add just the right kick, making it a flavorful and satisfying snack. Apart from vadapav, their misal pav is equally popular and comes with a rich, spicy gravy that is both filling and delicious.
Other items like bread pakoda and samosa are also worth trying, all freshly fried and served warm, which really enhances the taste. The quality and consistency of food here make it a go-to spot for quick bites.
The place is simple and not very big, with limited seating arrangements. However, for street-style snacks like these, sitting isn’t always necessary, and most people enjoy eating on the go. Prices are reasonable, portions are good, and service is quick, which makes the experience even better.
If you are in Kharghar and craving classic Mumbai-style snacks, DJ Vadapav & Misal Pav should definitely be on your list. It’s a perfect combination of taste, freshness, and affordability. Highly recommended for all street...

DJ Vadapav & Misal Pav is one of those rare food spots that truly stay in your memory. Back in 2023-2024, when I was working in Kharghar, this stall was just around 200 meters from where I stayed. I don’t eat deep-fried food regularly, but occasionally—either with colleagues or alone—I used to visit here for their vada pav, misal pav, and kanda bhajji. 🌶️
The taste? Absolutely bawal! • Their vada pav was perfectly crispy, served with that iconic sukha lehsun chutney – bursting with flavor. • The misal pav had just the right amount of spice and warmth. • And the kanda bhajji felt just like homemade – crispy outside, soft inside.
But what made the experience truly special was sitting under the tree, enjoying the food in peace. 🌳 That vibe… just wow.
Now it’s been almost a year since I left Kharghar, but the taste and that peaceful spot still come to mind. If you’re anywhere near Kharghar, don’t miss this place. It’s not just street food – it’s a slice of...
Read moreWalked in late around 8.30 PM, so the experience wasn't really great. The place is situated a bit away from the main road , though clearly visible. The area around the shop isn't well light so traversing to the shop isn't great and doesn't give an appetising feel. The outlet is compact with limited dine options which is neat from business point of view. The staff is friendly. Since I reached late so may be I was not able to get the best of their stuff. Ordered a single vada. Was offered hot. The taste was okay, may be the cooking oil, used had worn down. So it had seeped into the wada. The wada was hot n cooked from our side but bit uncooked inside .
