Officially named Sri Sri Radha Madan Mohanji Temple, it is Asia’s second-largest ISKCON temple, spanning 8–9 acres amidst the Sahyadri hills in Kharghar’s Sector 23 .
The temple was inaugurated in January 2025 with Prime Minister Narendra Modi officiating the ceremony during a week-long festival from Jan 9–15 .
Built over 12+ years at a cost of around ₹170 crore, the temple includes a glorious cultural centre, Vedic educational institute, Ayurvedic healing centre, Gaushala, guest house, library, and Vedic museum .
