I'm writing to share my recent experience. I ordered 2 Big Crunch burgers tikkis, but received 2 different tikkis instead. Despite pointing out the mistake, the staff was uncooperative. However, when I escalated the issue to Mr. Amol Manthekar, the owner, he promptly investigated, confirmed the mistake, and replaced the order.

Moving forward, I would appreciate it if the staff could be more attentive to orders and respectful towards customers. It's essential to double-check orders before handing them over.
