Tawa Delight — Restaurant in Panvel

We often wish to break free from the noisy environment and enjoy serene tranquility for a while. The recently opened Tawa Delight provides all that and freshness in terms of decor as well as food.

The freshness doesn't end with potted plants stylishly placed all around the restaurant. I was told that some of the ingredients used in dishes came from their own nursery.

“TD” serves European and contemporary Indian cuisines. One is West and the other East, but Mr. Vikrant believes there are similarities between the two, hence the combination.

"Italians and Indians eat like a family and both have cheese background and are wheat-eating countries," he said.

The interactive yet not "in your face" kitchen and the list of dishes served at “TD” made my tummy growl.

There will be a few additions made to the menu in the near future. As it's a fledgling unit, the makers of “TD” are still...

I visited this place thrice up till now and must say that every time the food excels in the taste. Their taste is unique compared to other restaurants in nearby vicinity. Things that I liked about this place is;

1. Staff - They are very polite and will try to cater to your request immediately. Especially, Omji is very courteous

2. Food - Tasty, delicious and hygienic. Especially for non-veg. You should ask for delicacies served in Khandeshi masalas. Try Surmai Fry in Khandeshi Masala and you will relish the taste always. Vegetarian will also love their taste

3. Ambience - Must say it is cozy, comfortable and charged with positivity

4. Cost- I didn't find that place pricey at all, although the views can vary. An extra penny for different taste is what I can always shell out.

One of the best tasting chicken kebabs are available here. They serve good quantity as well as their prices are moderate. I believe this is one of the nicest fine dine in the Kalamboli locality. They have two floors. Top floor is AC and the ground floor is non AC.

Their upstairs space is a little tight and tall people may find it a bit a tad bit small. However their food is finger licking good and one will definitely have a good time here for sure.

I would recommend trying their Chicken Anggar Tikka and Chicken Aghani tikka. They even have a very good quality chinese options too.
