Don't recommend home delivery as the staff is rude and incompetent to handle customer queries and delayed deliveries. I had ordered home delivery from her the food was not delivered on time first and was cold, asked the restaurant staff to redelivery the order hot the person on the phone was rude and refused to re deliver the order fresh and hot and gave excuse that he has more 10 order to be delivered I requested him to re deliver the order he refused me and said take the order which was delivered or return the order back. Don't recommend this restaurant for home delivery.

So you expect me to eat a food which is already cold and the delivery guy which you hired is not aware of the locality in which he is supposed to deliver this mean no proper training of staff and over that you expect me to have a food which is already spilled out of the container which you have packed the food in and is cold for full amount it is obvious from my end to ask for discount because I am going to reheat that food again in my microwave. which was supposed to be delivered hot and fresh and not spilled. So instead of giving excuses, train your staff in teams of delivery packaging and delivery area and telephone communication. And I have been. Pros- The food was good (not great though) great ambience for family as well. The price is quite reasonable. Nice service. Most beer brands were available unlike Agent jacks which is in close proximity. Also, way cheaper than Agent Jack's.

Cons- The AC was centralised and there was just one connection for the complete AC flab. So, it got very cold inside (the family area where we sat). Instead of telling them more than 10 times, they didn't increase the temperature saying that others want them. Quite disappointed. Also, the food could have been a bit better.

Here's what we ordered.

Chicken chilly - fresh chicken but not juicy and had lack of flavours 2.5/5 Moong dal chat- quite different from normal one that we get in other restaurants. But liked it 4/5. Chicken lollipop- nicely cooked but was lacking a bit of flavours just like chicken chilly. 3.5/5 Channa garlic chat- good one. Just like we have everywhere 4/5 Butter Naan- fresh, correctly cooked, perfect 4.5/5 Butter Roti- Good. 4/5 Murg Mussulam - great quantity, best chicken dish we had there. Nicely cooked, thick gravy, big chicken pieces. Really liked it. Just wanted it to be a bit spicy. Also, we got complementary rice with it. Just amazing. We're glad we ordered this. 4.5/5 .

FOOD - Food here is just awesome. Food is the only thing which will bring us back here.

If you are following our reviews then you will know that we are trying Biryanis of new places. So here too we tried & It was Awesome.The combination of Chicken with Masala is very pleasing for our tastebuds. If you ever visit this place try their Biryani for sure (they give Papad with Biryani too).

Another thing we had was Chicken Kromeskies. It's a Mexican dish. This is basically a Minced Chicken deep fried & served with herbed mayo sauce. This was also just as good as Biryani.

AMBIENCE - This place is ok Ambience wise. This place have 2 sitting arenas and we sat in the arena was kind of confined. So we didn't liked it there.

SERVICE - Waiters here are not professionally trained. Should improve the professionalism of the waiters.
