Unsatisfactory Experience at Belgian Waffles
Dear Belgian Waffles Management,
I recently had a disappointing experience with your establishment. Despite being told that the store was closed, I was able to place an order through Swiggy and pay an additional ₹125. However, I later discovered that the person who delivered who took the other order was not an official Swiggy representative, but rather a local individual who did not wear the required delivery attire or follow proper food handling protocols.
What's more disturbing is that the employees inside Belgian Waffles reached out to me, revealing that they were aware of this unauthorized delivery. I felt discriminated against due to my skin tone, as if I was perceived to be desperate or unaware of the situation.
I expect better service and accountability from your establishment. I hope you will address this incident and ensure that your customers receive the quality experience...

When I called the outlet, a lady answered the call. Her tone and way of speaking were extremely unprofessional. She casually said that the missing waffle was due to high order volume and told me to come and collect it if I wanted it. She said she would call back in 5 minutes, but I never received a call, and now they are not even answering calls.
This is not the first time—I’ve had a similar experience with this same outlet before. I need immediate action on this issue.
