Hi,
I recently visited After Hours in Dwarka with my family. We are NRO residents in the USA, and tomorrow is our flight. We decided to have a party at the restaurant and enjoyed ourselves a lot. However, when it came time to check out, we encountered a major issue.
We decided to pay the bill using MagicPin, but the restaurant staff refused and insisted we use Swiggy or Zomato instead. We declined because we were getting a better offer with MagicPin. Despite this, they continued to deny our request and offered a 25% discount, reducing the total bill from ₹14,800 to ₹11,000.
When we insisted on using MagicPin, someone from their team came from behind and slapped my younger brother. This led to a heated argument, during which they also assaulted my wife, my sister-in-law, and her sister. My brother was badly injured, and their bouncer even hit my wife and sister-in-law.
In this era, it is shocking to see such unsafe and violent behavior. Despite their initial refusal, they eventually accepted a ₹10,000 payment, which adds to the absurdity of the situation. It's alarming that a place can operate in this manner, using violence against customers who stand up for their rights.
We have video proof and the incident is recorded on CCTV. We need justice for this incident to ensure no one else faces such an experience at this establishment.

Read moreHey guys, I'd love to share my atrocious experience at this cafe with you! Let's begin with the manager, he's an insolent man who has no idea at all in terms of behaviour! He's been quite demeaning to us! They demolished my cake just because it had a miniature on the top of that! They didn't even inform us that it's not allowed to be taken inside the cafe like I'm talking about that miniature stuff if they told us that you can't bring this kinda cake inside the cafe then we wouldn't have brought that in! But nah they chose to sabotage my cake and that's the moment when they had entirely spoiled my cake and day there! It doesn't really come to an end here! Then he used multifarious foul words after doing that! We were rankled by the behaviour of the staff and manager! They were so superficial yet obnoxious! Cafe after hours you really need to enlighten your staff a bit, they are in a great need for this! You should teach them how to behave with the customers, your business might be lucrative for the time being however it's just because of the people but if your staff persist in behaving like this then you need to contemplate this! Make them understand that belittling someone would get them nowhere but it could get you to the juncture where no one would like to be seen! You really need to extricate these kinda people...
Read moreI had a truly disappointing experience at Cafe After Hours, and I can't in good conscience give them more than one star. This visit was marred by rudeness and unprofessionalism on the part of the staff, including the manager.
The staff's behavior throughout my visit was nothing short of appalling. They were incredibly rude and mean, and there was no excuse for their lack of basic courtesy and respect. I couldn't believe the way I was treated.
To make matters worse, I noticed that I was charged for drinks I hadn't even ordered or consumed. When I brought this to the attention of the manager, I expected a reasonable and professional response. Instead, the manager's reaction was to further escalate the situation by misbehaving and demonstrating a complete lack of customer service skills.
My overall impression of Cafe After Hours is that it's a very poorly managed establishment. The staff, including the manager, displayed a shocking lack of respect and professionalism. Given my experience, I cannot recommend this cafe to anyone. There are plenty of other places to enjoy a meal or a drink where you can expect to be treated with respect...
