Local Heights Kitchen and Bar — Restaurant in Delhi

ZERO STAR We had a small family function, so we booked this place terrace area for that for 40 people. Our timing was 7 p.m. onwards. 2-3 of our members reached by then and to our surprise the area we booked was all full with youngsters dancing on dj. Our members told to clear that place and they mentioned we will get it then. I personally reached at 7.30 and to my surprise still all that was going on and place was not cleaned even....by 8 the place wad cleaned and handed over to us. And then they started actually starters service....that too like 3 starters out of 6 and later other 3. 2 soups were part of the menu which we chose, THEY NEVER SERVED THAT. Even coffee which was part of the menu we decided, they just served one round when we asked and never brought again. Not just all this, on terrace there is a green area which they kept with themselves as agreed and they made people sit there who were having hukkas also and making the atmosphere uncomfortable for family function. After that serving food took them almost half an hour initially band then every time for refill they took forever .. no hot breads... We had to stand in their heads keep asking for same 10 times and then a serving came. On the other hand, people sitting in green area were some relatives of the owner, so all waiters were more concerned to do service there rather than for our guests. And then the open area which was with us, they starting adding more tables there and letting walk-in sit there, on questioning this owner rudely said, it is Saturday and I will take walk in clients and use this space. He also said that this place was with us until 10 which we never agreed and were made aware of. Eventually they kept 3 additional tables in space reserved for us. Rude behaviour of owner was a cherry on a cake.. no ownership at all... If this was the case then it is better to not even take the booking if alacarte gives you more money .. This all was so so disappointing for us. I will suggest not to consider this place at all especially for functions or sophisticated parties unless you are a relative of owners or can handle the delays, unnecessary attitude, poor service, cheating and being disrespected etc....

This all was so so disappointing for us. I will mentioned all not to consider even this place if you have a family party. Service is worst than poor, Owner is utmost rude, they don't know to respect their words what they mention at the time of booking. Service was pathetic... Once an item got over and had to be refilled....we had to ask them again and again and than after 20-25 min atleast the item...

My experience at this place was extremely disappointing, and I would strongly advise no youth or group to opt for it for any kind of get-together. I will escalate this matter by filing a formal complaint with the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) for a thorough inspection of your kitchen and food safety standards.

We had done prior booking, paid the advance, and confirmed everything including the menu. However, on the day of the event, nothing was arranged. The property was in such a foul condition that it was difficult to even breathe. The staff was not prepared at all—they had just woken up and were going to freshen up while we waited.

The kitchen was in a highly unhygienic state, with utensils so filthy that one could easily get food poisoning from eating there. Even after several reminders, they only sprayed room freshener, which worsened the suffocating atmosphere. Neither the hall nor the rooftop had any arrangements ready.

They lure customers by showing popup pictures of events, but the reality is completely opposite and miserable. We were a group of more than 20 people, and we collectively decided not to proceed with the gathering there. To add to our frustration, they refused to refund our booking amount and kept us waiting for over 40 minutes before outright denying the refund.

This is not only unprofessional but also unethical. I will be taking strict action against them and filing a complaint with the FSSAI regarding the unhygienic food conditions.

A very disappointing experience—never...
