Terrible service provided. All that is in the menu is not provided. I went to this place with high hopes of getting something really good to eat, but it was a big let down. The manager here only wants to prove himself to be correct. He has on the menu Goan fish curry. When I ask him for it, he says you are not a local. I asked him whether his restaurant is only for locals being near the Railway station and Bus stand, he could not answer my question. I suggested him that you could change the menu and write down that that particular item is only seasonal. He said we do not change menus and anything else you want is there. I asked him for dum biryani. The waiter said that is not there. Then I asked him for Chinese, he said that also is not there. Then we asked the waiter for potato wedges which was there in the menu. That also was not there.

The manager is an egotistical person who does not agree on the problems that are there in his restaurant. This restaurant will not work for long. Horrible service provided to customers. Terrible attitude of manager and staff.

I had been to Food Library again today. The situation was just the same. We had some difficulty there in ordering dishes. The dish that we order is on the menu, but it is not available. We finally had to tell them to change the menu.

We then called the Manager who was a lady. We asked her as to what the problem was. She said that they are planning to change the menu. It is taking such a long time for them to change the menu. This is a kind of harassment for customers. You ask for 2-3 dishes that are there on the menu and the waiter says those dishes are not available. We ordered for pizza after the Manager said it would be done. When the pizza came, there was some old cheese added into it. We could not eat it at all. I will not visit this place again. It's not worth going there. The only attractive thing is their display and other stuff. All their schemes are just to make money.

Another point to note is that the washroom in this Hotel is in very bad shape. You have to go to the third floor for the washroom and after you come from the washroom you do not feel like eating food. If you wish to have food, please do not use the washroom at...

Very bad experience. Ambience was of average quality, a bit shady and dark. The service was the worst, there was only one active boy who served us 12 people, the food was of ok quality, the manchow soup was very nice, paneer tikka was also good.
