Sahni Bakery Patiala — Restaurant in Patiala

We ordered a vanilla cake that was supposed to be a birthday cake but they actually sent us a dry fruit cake.. .that too with the whole amount of sugar they could ever use. . We tried contacting them directly. . But the executive from the sahni bakery was really rude. . Literally rude AF! ... HE NEEDS TO GET SOME MANNERS WHEN TALKING TO THE CUSTOMERS.... and the phrase for which he should be sued is ... "Jo Karna a krlo" . . He could have given us a replacement or taken some more money for another cake.. But this is what he said.. Lately when we contacted swiggy they gave us a replacement with the damn same cake. . We needed a birthday cake .. How simple was that. .. Thankuh for the great service. ..but no thankuh! U really made our day. . ...
