I am a regular customer of ~2K per month of this store but the customer service, I found worst and very rude, seems to me owner himself allowed his/her staff to behave like this. On 18th Nov 23 @18:35, I gave order of 50 box of laddu and gave 500₹ advance. At 18:50, I called the store to cancel the order, on which staff told me that I won't get my money back coz order has been prepared. First of all, none of the robot can pack 50 boxes of laddu in 15 minutes, that too on a busiest day like Saturday. Rest, I won't demand my money back, mai kuch or purchase kar lunga.... finally Laddu order got cancelled after this agreement. I visited today on 20th Nov 23 at this store, the staff treated me like I am begging merchandise freeeee.... I bought some items and showed the receipt to biller, he again rudely told....poore 500₹ ka samaan lena padega, kuch bhi wapas nahi milega....I never asked any amount back ....and without saying much , I asked him to make a receipt of balance amount k bhai kuch dobara purchase kar lenge...

Given 4 stars for delicious food Given 1 star for customer handling Given 2 star coz alone good food can't add much value to store's atmosphere.

I literally felt today that this was the biggest idiotic and chaotic moment of my till time merchandise...

I recently ordered a cake for my baby sister's naming ceremony, and it was an absolutely dreadful experience. The theme was supposed to be a baby on a moon with stars all around – not a complicated design. We placed the order at 3 PM, expecting it to be ready for pickup by 9 PM. However, the reality was far from what we envisioned.

First of all, the cake we received was nothing like what we had requested. While the design was loosely similar, the quality was appalling. The cake was torn in places, the clouds were falling off, and there were visible hand marks on it. It was a mess.

To make matters worse, the staff were incredibly unprofessional. Despite arriving 30 minutes after the agreed pickup time, we had to wait an additional 30 minutes for the cake. The lack of respect for customers’ time and the rude behavior from the staff only added to the frustration.

This was the worst service I have ever encountered. The excitement for the special occasion was completely ruined. I would never recommend this place to anyone, and I will certainly never step foot in this shop again. Totally...
