KFC — Restaurant in Patiala

Visited today around 10:12 pm amd store closing time is 11 and I tried to order chicken box meal Wednesday special but staff said its out of stock like just because they don’t have cooked ready and they dont wanna cook new and its more than 45 minutes remaining for store closing after 7-8 minutes argument they said ok will make new and that will take 30-35 minutes and finally we got order at 10:48 like they create whole drama just do their Job … whole tables was mess with bones and trash and trays .. food was good but...

Food quality not upto the standard of kFC even after changing the portion once. three team members standing on till and there is no card excepted on the cash till , when start to use the self assit till , was not able to figure the dishes we want , we had to look for staff,no help at the self assisted till. Toilet is wet, no paper napkin. no greetings by the team if your are coming to restaurant. KFC is Big name , lets not spoil it. Cheers to the rest who are doing justice to it. Just brought a zinger pro burger from them. It was not zinger pro, also I paid for extra cheese but there was no cheese. I asked them if they had a box coz I was on bike but they refused. The server even suggested me to sit there and drink my Pepsi there. I was appalled. I just threw away my drink outside. Total waste of money, my advice, don’t go there. Wastage of time and money.
