I had the worst experience at McDonald’s. The employees were extremely rude. They said the upper sitting area was closed just so that they don’t have to clean up there, and downstairs it was so hot with no proper seating. When we asked the employees to cancel our order, they said they can’t cancel it. We even told them to keep the money, that we don’t want the order, but they still refused. What is this behavior, McDonald’s? When we placed our meal order, we chose the two complimentary ketchups, but they didn’t give us even one. When we asked for it, they said ketchups are paid, even though we had already selected the complimentary ones. On top of that, there was no onion in the McAloo Tikki. This was the worst...
Read moreMessy experience at best. Coffee machine stopped working which delayed order by 10 mins. No sugar free available - not diabetes friendly, which is unimaginable in this day and age. The barista forgot about the food, which took further time. Issue here is the one barista who is under a lot of pressure due to no fault of her own. Expect better from McDonald’s....
