Dear PS4 Management,
I am writing to express my deep concern and disappointment regarding the behavior of one of your employees, Mr. Manish, at your PS4 branch located in Redhills, Chennai. I have always been a loyal patron of PS4, and I have frequented several of your branches across Chennai and Andhra Pradesh. However, the recent experiences I have had at the Redhills branch have been truly disheartening.
Mr. Manish, who is employed at the Redhills branch, has consistently displayed behavior that is not only unprofessional but also detrimental to the overall hospitality environment of your establishment. I, along with other customers, have observed disturbing incidents that warrant immediate attention and corrective action.
Inappropriate Conduct with Female Customers: Mr. Manish has been observed behaving inappropriately with female customers and girls. His actions, which include unwanted advances and discussions that make female customers uncomfortable, are not only disrespectful but also completely unacceptable in a hospitality setting.
Unprofessional Relationship with a Co-worker: It has come to my attention that Mr. Manish is involved in a romantic relationship with a co-worker at the billing counter. This relationship has led to public confrontations and fights with other colleagues, creating a hostile work environment that is visible to customers and tarnishing the image of your establishment.
Harassment of an Elderly Customer: Mr. Manish and his associates have also been observed teasing and harassing an elderly retired gentleman, who is a loyal customer and a Sai Baba devotee. Such behavior towards an elderly and respectable individual is not in line with the values and principles that a reputable establishment should uphold.
I believe that it is imperative for the management of PS4 to take immediate action to address these issues and maintain the high standards of hospitality and customer satisfaction that your brand is known for. Customers should not have to witness or experience such discomfort and unprofessional conduct during their visits to your establishments.
I kindly request that you conduct a thorough investigation into these allegations and take appropriate measures to rectify the situation. It is crucial for PS4 to maintain a welcoming and respectful atmosphere for all customers and staff members.
I hope to see a prompt and effective resolution to these concerns. I have always had a positive impression of PS4, and I believe that with your intervention, the Redhills branch can regain its reputation for excellent...
Read moreI visited this place on 19th Nov 2024 and had a thoroughly disappointing and disgusting experience. I ordered bhel puri, samosa, and coffee, and was met with a slew of issues that made my visit incredibly unpleasant.
Firstly, the restaurant was infested with house flies, which constantly bothered me while I was trying to eat. The flies even landed on my food, and I had to shoo them away repeatedly, making it impossible to enjoy my meal.
Additionally, the utensils were not properly cleaned. The spoon had colored water droplets on it, and the tumbler and water were also unclean. This lack of basic hygiene is unacceptable, especially considering the premium prices they charge for their dishes.
To make matters worse, the very next day, I fell seriously ill with food poisoning and a viral fever that lasted for four days. This clearly indicates the poor quality and hygiene standards of the restaurant.
Overall, I had an awful dining experience here and would never visit this place again. I urge others to steer clear if they value their...
Read moreHi, wanted to order something for evening snacks and ordered from this restaurant. Ordered Pav-Bhaji, 2 coconut Bolis and a Veg fried sandwich. All the items were tasty and of good quality. We felt the bun provided in pav-Bhaji could be bigger and the Boli was a bit sweeter and thin. For the price the packing and quality was very good. Definitely recommend this place.
Update: Tried Schezwan veg fried rice recently for dinner, it was...
