Most disgusting people & their services, I ordered from them through swiggy today, waiting from last 1.5 hours for order, the guy from restaurant telling me from last 30 minutes on phone that he is preparing in 5 minutes, 10 minutes & now after 1.5 hour i got to know from swiggy that they did not prepare order & it is cancelled . Dude if you dont have bandwidth or no intention to prepare dont fool someone with your excuses who is already hungry & waiting for his order. Tell him the truth straight away so that the person can order from somewhere else. Now i have to find another restaurant & wait for another 30 minutes to eat something. Waiting time is like you are ordering from another planet. Quality is getting pathetic day by day and price is increasing like everyday basis. No prohibition on drinkers, they openly drink infront of their shop neither they do any complaint. There are families, but they do not care. Once you make the payment of your order you become stranger to them, they do not care about from how long you are standing there. No value of customers time. Even after having a big staff, they are not able to handle the customers. After getting your order you get to know about the food they served you is only in a warm condition or sometimes not even warm. I went there around 10:30pm for order some 1 full malai chaap and 15 rumali roti and I give all instructions about my order still they acknowledged acting they ask me to pay first before get a order, So I pay full payment with GST all etc. after wait for while and I got my order but doesn't follow any instructions also when I ask about my order this not exactly this fully change when I complaint casher he decline all instructions. He said we do not do that and he become rude and aggressive.
