1st of all they are not greeting the guest and they are not offering the guest to choose the table even the tables are (except reserved tables) we asked for Virgin pineapple mojito they said it’s not there on the menu, then we choose an basal fees and version Mohito and we start up with the two starters, which is good and two main course Starter has to come together, but it’s not happen every single dish taken time minimum 10 to 15 minutes, which was really late for the last Main course Pondicherry, Arao, chicken curry, and garlic rice was taken almost half an hour because she said she was punched by the keyboard is not go to the kitchen. We were simply waiting for half an hour, and we raised a hand, then they came to our table. We asked the girl is ready or somebody to make it. We are waiting almost half an hour, which is not good and she say wait. Let me check. She went to the kitchen and she came to us. She said Sorry for the delay. We will deliver the order 2 to 3 minutes and we asked the girl what happened? She said the problem and she went to the supervisor or executive. We don’t know, and the guy has to come to our table and he has to explain the situation, but he did not. He was really ignored and lethargic. We call the guy we asked him when he said sorry. Sorry sorry for the delay. Sorry for blah blah blah. And before we order on the cherry tree chicken curry, we asked to the pea garlic rice has to be made by normal rice or Basmati rice. She gave assurance it’s made by Basmati rice, but when we saw the order after half an hour waited, the rice is not Basmati. It’s made by a normal rice. So we were very disappointed and really unhappy. It’s not even worth for money. We simply wasted. I recently visited BOHO, Pondicherry for lunch with my best friend. Overall, the experience was just okay. While I might give it a pass for now.

We started with the French Onion Soup, which was decent mainly because it was served hot. The Chilli Cheese Mini Podi Idly with Peanut Chutney was definitely a highlight flavorful and well-prepared. For the main course, we tried the Pondicherry Clay Pot Biryani, Kulcha with Butter Chicken Masala, and the Coriander Seed Crusted Tenderloin.

The biryani and butter chicken with kulcha were satisfying, though not extraordinary. The tenderloin, however, was disappointing. I expected a slow-grilled beef steak with coriander and spices, but instead, it felt more like thin beef skin coated in fried coriander seeds it honestly resembled a crispy beef papad, and I wasn't quite sure what I was eating.

The seating was also not very comfortable. The low sofa-style chairs and tables made it difficult to sit properly or stretch out definitely something that affected the overall dining experience.

All in all, it was an average visit. A few hits, a few misses. Not sure I will...

I opted for this restaurant as it came as a recommendation for kid friendly ambiance, I visited on 16th Feb, the place had just 2 customers, if you are visiting with kids, then mind it there will be extremely loud music, as they have huge speaker and dance stage, I was lucky because it was lean time post. Food : italian and south indian menu, but many items were not available. Ambiance - dim lit, their tables have a light underneath, which I asked them to turn off as I could not see what's in my plate.
