I was recommended this place by a friend of mine, and now I recommend all my acquaintances to not follow any recommendations from that friend of mine.
I wouldn't have given it a 1 star if the price was cheaper, but when someone is paying a premium price they expect good ambience, service and food in return.
Service : The waiter was not at all interested in taking the order, we legit waited for 15 mins and then forcefully asked him to take the order. The restaurant was pretty empty and yet the service was not prompt.
We ordered palak soup, pav bhaji and biryani.
We asked him to bring things in that order for obvious reasons.
He brought biryani before pav bhaji and just when we had two bites, he brought pav bhaji 🤦. We ended up eating both as cold.
In the end he brough bill for only palak soup and pav bhaji, and I was dumb/honest enough to ask him to include biryani as well. So in conclusion, the pathetic service can be attributed to their lack of professionalism and dumbness.
Atmosphere: There were mosquitos all over the place, I'd highly recommend you to carry odomos on this forest adventure of yours.
Food: Biryani was the worst, it didn't have enough veges, and was very oily. The Raita that came along with it was very less. Even the Biryani quantity was too less to be charged ₹220.
Palak soup was good though, that is why they deserve one star.
Pav bhaji's pav was weird and bhaji...

Read moreWorst restaurant. I am a regular visitor here since it is near my house. No hygiene maintained. Flies were there all around. Once i ordered paratha with subji parcel, the paratha had white threads in it. Reception staff very poor at service. They take their own sweet time. I had order coffee...it reached me after 15 min while the table besides me came after me still they were served coffee first. Coffee was given in broken cup. When i asked them to hurry up, the waitor was busy taking order or other table. They did not care to deploy other waitor since i was in hurry. I usually visit alone, months back i order paneer, since i was alone they reduce the quantity and gave me the subji in small bowl. Luckily the table besides me had ordered same subji & i can see the subji was served much more in quantity on the other table. I asked them for bill & gave the card. The waitor asked me go at the reception and pay. He could have brought the swipe machine to me. Zero customer service. When u try to wave at the waitor or call them.... they kind of ignore u and pretend they didn't notice or hear you. Since i m a regular visitor, i thought to let it go...but now this has become too much. This hotel is run by a politician. Hence all postive...
