After having a good experience at Shivaji nagar outlet, I visited this outlet expecting the similar experience. Both outlet at the similar timing (around 10:30 am). However, I think ppl here have some ATTITUDE issue. Vada pav was served without masala and fried chilli. We sat there for almost for an hour waiting for sabu Dana vada. We went 4 times at counter to ask for the same for which their standard reply was that its getting ready. While they served others who had the same order. When asked for refund he said you only asked 1 why asking refund for 2. He didnt even provide bill (order- 2 sabudana vada, 2 sabudana khichdi, 5 vada pav, 4 spl chai). The management can get it checked if they read these reviews. The guy at the counter had some personal issue I think. He offered us refund as if he was doing a favor. Eating food should have been a good experience but it felt like a insulting one at this outlet. Surely not going to recommend this...
