Review for Burger King (Regarding Service and Food Quality)

Today, I visited Burger King and had a very disappointing experience. First, the staff gave me the wrong order, and they had to correct it after I pointed it out. Later, when I started eating the burger, the taste seemed off, and after a short while, the burger started to smell bad.

When I raised this issue with the manager, Mr. Vinod Rathod, he responded by saying that it's normal for chicken patties to have a smell, and that the reason it smelled more in my case was because I had ordered a burger with three patties. According to him, the smell was due to the extra patties.

I found this explanation unacceptable and unprofessional. Instead of addressing the issue seriously, the manager tried to blame my choice of order. Whenever you order online they always take your order and confirm it and after that they start showing their not-worthy attitude of delaying your order delivery. I placed several times as this is nearby place my order goes to burger king located in avenue mall. It always takes more than a hour to deliver order from this outlet. I don’t know what they do in the mean time even at late night orders may be they have a huge high demand but it doesn’t matter because whenever I receive my order it comes cold and tasteless.
