KFC — Restaurant in Pune

This KFC outlet should be avoided at any cost. They are highly unprofessional group of people. Last Wednesday I ordered the Wednesday strips bucket from here. My usual go to outlets are Seasons mall or Amanora mall. That day I thought to give this outlet a try. When the food got delivered it was sealed with the kfc seal and all. When I opened the strips box there were just some burnt random shreds of chicken and nothing else. I have ordered the Wednesday strips bucket from many outlets in Bangalore, Delhi, Kolkata and also Pune earlier. Trust me, this was my worst KFC experience so far. This kfc at 93 avenue is responsible for that. The manager and his/her team are so shameless that they didn’t even try to contact and apologise even after raising complaints. And KFC india customer care is also a joke. Shame...

It was an empty mall today due to election, still waited one hour for my order to come which was just one chicken burger, staff dont come to counter, they sit inside and chit chat , please bring the old staff back, I am a regular customer to this branch, as it's the closest one to my house, food is good , those who are KFC fan they know about it as there are so such changes, but this specific branch use to have good staff before, but now they have changed the staff a d replace them with new ones who are least interested if a customer is standing or not , my experience was , the counter was empty but they were just chit chatting something else, after waiting for almost 2 mins on a empty counter I left, seriously KFC management this branch needs...

This mall has recently come up, you have smart for all grocery at good discounts, some of the shops are still empty but we do have a decent number of shops restaurants. We have barbeque nation and cinema theatre that has recently came up in a month or two. The top floor has Goodluck cafe ,Domino's, Pizza Hut, some other food joints, i had dahi Puri, it was yummmmm. Also at the ground floor near the smart entrance there is a popcorn shop, they serve cheese popcorns that are better than multiplex offer and the prize is just 15 rupees. Trust me you must try this . Though it's so cheap but its very fresh...
