Café Coffee Day — Restaurant in Pune

As a regular customer of CCD, I usually visit the Swargate location, but due to work, I went to the Wanwadi CCD. I ordered a Devil’s Own with vanilla ice cream and waited for 5 minutes. When my order arrived, I noticed it didn’t come with coffee beans. Upon asking, the staff brought only 4 beans, claiming they only provide 3. I informed them that I am a regular customer and know how the Devil’s Own should be served, so they brought more beans. However, the taste was disappointing, comparable to a roadside 50 INR coffee. My concern is that initially, they didn’t provide the beans, and then only offered a few, suggesting that CCD is saving on ingredients. This feels like a form of fraud, charging full price but not providing the expected quantity. I am still at the cafe and would appreciate immediate contact...

Ambiance as usual was good. AC cooling was adequately done. The views of the running road is there. Parking is not available at the place and odd even parking is generally not available due to reliance smart,inamdar hospital and other local shops are there in the vicinity but you can park near the lanes. The adjacent road is full of traffic hence it's very unlikely to sit outside unless smoking is required.Lot of noise was there which I guess was due to the coffee preparations. It was a kind of distraction and disturbance for me as the noise of the grinder was way too loud. It should have been abstracted so that the noise can be reduced.
