Cafe Potli — Restaurant in Pune

People who wish to eat pav bhaji.. please don't go to potli, Fatima nagar. I went there, asked the manager instead of unlimited pav bhaji can I get unlimited cheese pav bhaji with whatever charges you wana add for cheese. He said yes. Then pav bhaji was served when I asked for extra pav the waiter said it will be chargeable. I said ok.. then the staff was continuously staring and talking I again asked for pav the staff again told me. I said to staff whatever be the charges let me know n please clear with the manager what we talked but the manager later didn't responded or come to talk to us. We paid bill of pav bhaji with extra pav bills. What's the use of unlimited pav bhaji tags in menu n everywher over restaurant if they don't understand...

Very bad service and very bad behaviour of manager...They don't even keep Silver foil bag for parcel.They do packaging in plastic bag...For food container, they charge Rs. 20 extra..Also they don't keep regular water on the table...When I asked for water, they gave packaged drinking water saying that they don't provide regular water on the table...Food quality was also not...

Bad service, no cleanliness, unhygienic and below average food sold at high pricing. Never going back there, just to add the waiter was cleaning the washbasin with hand wash with his bare hands and with the same hands he brought us our food and we were disgusted, won't recommend this...
