Cafe The Momos Hub — Restaurant in Pune

⭐⭐⭐So this is me coming back to change the review from 5 star to 1 star after 6-7 months. Really very disappointed with the degraded quality of food and inconsiderate use of stale food just to keep earning money at the dispense of customer's health. LAST 2 TAKE-AWAY ORDERS HERE HAVE CAUSED ME AND MY WIFE STOMACH UPSETS. The first time I thought it might be something ealse we had that may have caused it. But, the recent order was something we ate after empty stomach as we were travelling. Also, as soon as the package was given to us I literally asked my wife "IF SHE COULD ALSO SMELL A SOUR SMELL" like stale food smells. Then we thought may be that's because tandoor momos seasoning is prepared in curd. BUT, the momos have reacted so quick that just 2 hours from eating them, both of us had to use the washroom. VERY BAD! DISAPPOINTED! NEVER GONNA GET ANYTHING FROM YOU...

Never Coming Back ( PLEASE DONT VISIT)

I had one of the worst dining experiences here. After sitting for nearly 10 minutes, I had to ask the staff to clean the table myself. I ordered chicken steam, and to my disgust, found a human hair in the food (photos attached).

When I took the plate to the counter to show them, the staff was completely unapologetic. Instead of acknowledging the issue or offering a sincere apology, they just said I could either cancel or replace the order. I chose to cancel, but still had to pay for food I didn’t even eat.

Left completely disappointed and won’t be coming back. Thank you...

Went to this cafe while visiting Pune. As an NRI, this place is super clean, I had a tour of their kitchen, and I can say the attention to cleanliness is commendable. Felt safe eating here. The service was brilliant, even met the owners who were very kind and hospitable. The food served here is amazing. Especially if you like momos, in the traditional way, it is on offer and very tasty. And if you're looking to try momos with a modern twist, then look no further! Everything I had here was delicious, fairly priced, and hygienic.
