Hotel Manesh — Restaurant in Pune

I would prefer to give 0 stars if I could. The customer service of this hotel is very bad they just don't care about their customers. The hygiene is also not to the mark at all, there was literally a dead cockroach in the chopsey. This shows how hygienic the hotel is I just can't imagine what the condition of other food items would be, when we said this to the waiter the waiter laughed and bought us more from the same packet. He didn't even say sorry. The hotel is the worst on top of us getting cockroaches in our meal we are the ones who are wrong, the owner literally said that it was our problem that we didn't notice it earlier as we had already eaten some of it,And at the time of payment they were very rude with us, when we asked should we pay or not the guy said yes pay just because there was a cockroach doesn't mean that you shouldn't pay. We were really angry with this reply, they didn't even show the slightest bit of remorse from their side. I would suggest that if you want to have a good experience with good service then don't try this hotel. This is the first time I have experienced something like this,it just ruined...

They sell stale food which is not good for health. Once I ordered paneer handi from this hotel, after receiving it my mom and brother told me that the food is smelling stingy and is definitely stale. I didn't noticed it at that moment but I realised something is not good with the food. Later, one day in the afternoon I ordered veg hakka noddles and trust me it was the worst food I ever received from any hotel. It was tasting foul and was stale. I understand that Chinese is usually sold at night but if you are keeping it available for whole day then you shouldn't compromise with the quality. I think either the owner or the chefs are irresponsible and they don't care about their customers health. Please avoid going to such places for lunch or dinner atleast with your loved ones if you care about...

Very Bad place . I m rating his place as zero . I had wait for 30 min . When I had order they told me , in 10 min I will get my order in my hand . And after 30 min , he is start preparing order . And when I went at home .. I was feeling like to thrown on tht owner face .. very Bad taste full of oil .. I had give him order of lollipop masala .. he made it lollipop...
