Chicken Xperience By Venky's — Restaurant in Pune

Owner is a really nice lady to talk to. Very polite and very enthusiastic. However the other staff who do the cooking etc. are extremely slow and confused with their work. On 2 occasions now I have ordered "Spicy Chicken Burgers" and on both occasions they have given me "Veg Burgers". This is fine for me as I am a non-vegetarian, but what if a vegetarian got a non-vegetarian burger?

They need to buck up and pay attention to orders. I went at a time when there was no other people in the shop.

Here, they only serve their frozen products (which you can get cooked from them according to your liking, for FREE!). The staff is very friendly and there is an arrangement made for seating too. Its a bit crowded but the shop is clean, hygenic and well maintained. My only complaint would be that the store smells of a lot of oil (which is obvious because they fry a lot of stuff there) but it can get uncomfortable after a bit. Very bad experience. I will suggest this place at all. Service is very bad. AC was not working. Also the exhaust system was not working that's why when they fry anything all shop is full of smoke. It s very difficult to breath. Service is very bad I had ordered fried and grilled chicken and one cold drink. The chicken was not properly grilled and they didn't provide the cold I had to ask them two time for the same. They don't even check the order...
