Crazy Cheesy Cafe - Balewadi — Restaurant in Pune

The food and service is as good as it's decent yet captivating interior. Beautifully aligned plants, perfect lighting,minimal art pieces showcased in the mocktail counter, and a enjoyable playlist of music made me want to stay a little longer. I started my meal by ordering Cheese Corn Nuggets (150/-), when my dish arrived I was quite impressed by appearance of the dish, a perfect combination of sauce on top of Nuggets with a hint of coriander garnishing between lettuce leaves seemed just right. The stuffing of corn and cheese just felt nice in my mouth. Unfortunately the cafe didn't have knife, so I had to eat the nuggets with spoon and fork. Proceeding to Smokey BBQ Grill Burger (160/-) the appearance of the dish was tempting. Perfectly grilled burger, slightly garnished with coriander leaves and sesame seeds and right quantity of cheese in it and a side on French Fries was a delight to eat. To quench my thirst I ordered Crazy Cheesy Special (Blue Lychee) mocktail (110/-) it had a strong taste of mint and lemon and was perfectly chilled with right amount of ice cubes. Personally I liked the strong taste of the mint and lime which gave me a refreshing vibe. Our meal ended with a perfect and beautiful looking Dutch Truffle Pastry (130/-) the way it was served was very tempting and astonishing. Powdered sugar stencils of spoon and fork looked very beautiful in the plate. The pastry was served with hot chocolate sauce on top of it. It had right amount of sweetness. Perfect ending for a perfect meal.Over-all the chef had nailed all the dishes (which I ordered) including delightful taste, perfect plate decors and right choice of cutlery. One thing I would specifically like to tell is that the waiters provided spoons and forks wrapped in a tissue which gave a sense of hygiene maintenance. I hope they continue to do so. I definitely want to go back and try out the other dishes. I would recommend anybody who is looking for good ambience and great food. I wish if the waiters were little more alert. I am not much a pizza person but I am definitely an cheese lover. As the names says crazy cheesy, it was indeed to give it a try. Pizza are good and also very affordable prices. We had the large size pizza for ₹400 something. The total bill of 3 pizzas and Coldrinks was around ₹1200/1300. We have visited this Friday for a short office friends snacks party. Ambience was marvelous, each corner had been designed beautifully and also looks like handcrafted. All corners had different background arrangements, the entire cafe was also given a rough the which looks incomplete construction but which actually is the theme. Coming to food, we tried 3 different pizzas. 1- Panner Barbecue pizzaa: So this was good and also a bit spicy as the pizza sauce and bbq sauce adds to the flame. pieces of paneer were cooked property and the aroma or bbq smoke was present. 2- Paneer Cheesy Pizza: This was an average, not much cheese like the other we eat in other stores but had its unique taste. 3- Panner Trio flavor pizza: Now this pizza had three types of sauce while cooking, 1 was BBQ, one was something regular i guess and third was green chutney, which actually tasted like the pudina chutney we eat with tandoori dishes. Very good place.. Nice ambience and good taste. I got just one pic as we were busy in gossip and enjoying food. Overall value for money. It's very near to Mitcon college and mumbai highway. Located right at the prime location of balewadi. This cafe is a good mix of reasonable menu and good taste. Now what we ordered: Jalapeno poppers : It was a new dish for us but we love trying luck on new dishes and new cafes. It's like cheesy balls with some jalapeno. You will 6 small balls in a plate so the portion was a bit small but we ordered to taste and we were two so it worked for us. Cheesy white sauce pasta : It has always been a must for my wife's menu. So whatever we have had till now, this one was also a good one. Paneer stuffed munchies : It's a dish in which paneer is stuffed with some veggies and green chutney. Portion size was 6 pieces. We ordered a walnut brownie shake and a desert named as mix fruit. Walnut brownie shake is chocolate brownie mixed with chocolate shake . Mix fruit had a few fruits added in thick milk and ice cream. Both tasted good and were in good quantity.
