This branch is in total havoc situation, none of the staffs are aware of the policies and procedures of the bank. Every time you visit the branch they push you to take their services and once you enroll for their service then the after sales Service is really Pathetic, you will not get any responses from any of their staffs or executives. I am on the verge of closing my account due to total miscommunication by the staffs in the branch to me. It took almost 3 months for this branch to activate my mobile banking and none in the branch including the branch manager is aware of any resolution to issues. Read morePATHETIC SERVICE: I visited this bank to solve my issue. They said everything is ok from bank side and kept me waiting and trying other options. Almost 2 weeks I requested for help but they keep saying aaj call karta hu kal call karta hu. Yaha complaint raise karo etc.
Finally by calling customer care my issue got solved in a minute. The issue was with bank itself. But the axis bank balewadi branch kept me waiting for 2 weeks.
