Crown Bakery - A Disappointing Decline and Serious Health Concern I'm writing to express extreme disappointment and serious concern regarding Crown Bakery. A place I once considered a reliable source for baked goods. While Crown Bakery used to be known for its quality, my recent experience, particularly with their butter toast, indicates a significant and alarming drop in standards. Today, upon opening a package of butter toast purchased from Crown Bakery, I was horrified to discover what appeared to be a rat dropping (feces) inside. This is not only utterly disgusting but also represents a severe health hazard. The presence of rodent droppings in food products is a clear indication of unhygienic conditions and a profound failure in food safety protocols. This incident is particularly disheartening because, as a former loyal customer, I've noticed a general decline in the quality of their products recently. However, finding contamination of this nature elevates the issue from mere dissatisfaction to a critical public health concern. I have photographic evidence of this alarming discovery. I urge Crown Bakery to address their hygiene practices and food safety standards. Until such serious issues are demonstrably resolved, I strongly advise other customers to exercise extreme caution when considering purchases from this establishment. The health and safety of consumers should be paramount, and based on my recent experience, Crown Bakery has fallen drastically short of this fundamental responsibility.

I had bought cake of three kg at five hundread a kilo for child's birthday. They used margarine icing despite telling them to use only whip cream. I even asked them not use any artificial colours for icing and they assured me so but to my disappointment they used blue synthetic colur which could not go from your hands. Its really disheartening and feeling guilty that all my guests had it. And agony to all they used very little sponge and bundle of that disgusting margarine icing. I urge all not to buy anything from this bakery.

The location is good, the owner is always on phone or lying around on his chair, staff is okayish... IMP... Quality earlier was good but now is a shame. There are mosquitoes inside the covered tray that has KHARIs and VARKIs... wouldn't recommend purchasing cakes, varkis from here...half baked and too dry.
