Extremely rude staff. Unorganised and no sense of chronology. You might place an order and end up waiting 20 mins for the ready food to be packed, even as people who have ordered the same things as you but after you will get their parcels first. After raising this point after waiting for an order of chapatis and vada-pavs (both of which were ready btw), the staff responded very rudely as if they were doing me a favour by giving me the food I paid for. Also, quantity is quite lesser compared to similar places...

They deliver good quality food. However the owners are really arrogant. They refuse to speak on phone, they actually cut the customers calls. He asks us to Whatsapp. When we message the replies are so sharp and rude that it feels as if they are doing is a huge favour. The tone and way to revert is very unprofessional. Mr. Abhay Phadke needs to know that customers cannot be treated like dirt.

All the good work with the food is wasted as the owner thinks too much of himself. Will not recommend only for...

I have been taking parcels from few days now from this place, food is really good here. Freshly made not on the spot but they make it somewhere and bring it here to sell. Most of the time you'll get multiple options in Gravy and Dry Sabji as well as in Roti (like paratha, chapati or puranpoli). Make sure to be there as early as possible so that you'll get more options to select. They also have Vada Pav but ill not recommend that as its only reheated and not freshly made there time so the vada (patty)...
