Frother — Restaurant in Pune

Three of us visited this place today for some coffee. There was very less space for seating and there was a person seated there. She was asked to move out to accommodate us inside which was really weird at first but then we realized that person was probably a friend of the staff. We ordered a hot chocolate, frother vietnamese coffee, a mocha and a loaded nachos. The lady who took the order was quite rude. The iced vietnamese coffee was not cold and it had only water in the beginning. When we complained about it they replaced it. Hot chocolate was like bournvita and had no thickness. Mocha was decent. Before we could finish our coffee the lady who took the order kept on telling her colleague that it's time to windup like 4 times and they conveniently forgot about the nachos. We got fed up with the behavior so we decided to leave without having anything else. They couldn't even generate a bill and just kept showing the amount on their tablet saying that there's no range for online payment in the coffee shop and that they don't have change for cash. No I did not eat/drink here I would have in future but staff/manager (a lady) being insensitive is why I would not visit them and advice same to others, this is a hidden cafe on a busy road where I just happen to find, for my little daughter had to use washroom, the owner or manager a lady while me thanking her asked who told me they had washroom, such narrow minded people who do not even know any Resturant can not deny water or washroom should not be in service industry, anyway please don't let my review promote them.

Atmosphere and ambience is incredibly amazing! Also, the concept of keeping board games in the cafe is what I was delighted with 😊 However, there can be a lot of scope for improvement with regards to the food! The pizza looked very tempting but could have been better with regards to the taste. The Watermelon punch could have had less ice to get the taste of the watermelon. All the best for the...
