An amazing Experience

I recently had the misfortune of dining at the Green Thing Restaurant in Pune, and it was, without a doubt, one of the worst dining experiences of my life.
Firstly, the ambience was completely uninspiring. For a place that markets itself as eco-friendly, the interior was dull, lifeless, and far from inviting. The so-called "green" decor looked more like a half-hearted attempt at a theme, with wilting plants and cheap, plastic furnishings that screamed "budget cut."
The food, if you can even call it that, was an abomination. The dishes were bland, unimaginative, and lacked any sort of flavour. It felt like they had been cooked without any passion or care. I ordered their so-called "specialty" dishes, which were nothing more than overpriced, undercooked vegetables thrown together in a tasteless mess. The portions were meagre, yet somehow they managed to make it both overpriced and unsatisfying.
Service? A joke. The staff were indifferent, slow, and seemed completely uninterested in providing even basic customer service. I had to ask multiple times for water, and when it finally arrived, it was lukewarm and served in a dirty glass. The wait time for the food was ridiculous considering the quality, or lack thereof.
To top it all off, the hygiene standards were questionable at best. The table was sticky, and the cutlery looked like it hadn’t been properly washed in days. I couldn’t get out of there fast enough.
In summary, Green Thing Restaurant is a disaster. I left with an empty stomach and a lighter wallet, not to mention a bad taste in my mouth – literally and figuratively. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place like the plague.

Read moreThis restaurant should be named "Nothing" instead of Green Thing, this restaurant used to be the best under the previous management, now it is absolutely rubbish, the last time I had visited this restaurant for enjoying a good meal with my mum, we ordered Veg Kolhapuri and requested it to be spicy, when the food was brought and we tasted it, the vegetable had a strong taste of curry leaves, we asked the captain politely to ask the chef to re-cook it, when the vegetable was brought back it had a spicy taste but again the curry leaf's taste was dominant, this time I confronted the captain he called his manager from the cash counter, the manager wore specs and was young in comparison, when told him about the food issues, he disrespectfully said "Humare hotel me Kolhapuri aisi hi milti hai", I was utterly furious about it, asked that inexperienced too goody Manager to print the bill, paid it off and threw it on the counter and left to visit another Restaurant. If your arrogance is so up your buttocks that you fail to serve food according to what the customer wants, then better feed your own kind and family in your restaurant instead of frowning upon why customers don't prefer to visit your restaurant.
