As on January 2025 :Absolutely horrible customer service. Might as well close your store. Any day you go they will only have 2 counters for billing. Doesn't matter if you have one item or 20 you will have to waste your time in queue. I had 5 items that I wanted to buy, as usual when I went to express counter it was closed. I asked manager to open it as there were 3 people who had less than 10 items and all he kept saying was it is closed please stand in other queue.
What is the point of a manger in a store who is inefficient and can't handle customers. The management gives no damn about customers everytime I see people complaining about service in store. Even the staff is slow as snail when billing items. Almost everyone is so uninterested working here looks like they are being forced to work with no Pay. Even in Google reviews everyone is complaining.
Anyways this was my last time, you are not getting my business if you are not interested. Local kirana are 100 times better than these unorganised...

So we chose to shop through reliance smart due to the services however while I was taking lentiles and the polythene sleeped out of my hand and the lentiles were on the floor so I told Ms. Sukesha that madam this has happened so please look into the same so instead of helping me she said that madam apko uthana padega dal aur ye apke bill main add bhi karna padega. And i had to pick it up in front of N number of people also she added the same into polybag and started assisting other customer for weighing instead of me and when I asked her for the name she was like naam ka kyaa karna hain apko I mean this lady was so fearless of the complaint. However I believe reliance smart has kept the staff for customer service and not for being rude. I want management to take necessary action against her as she would not be rude to any other...

From past 2 weeks, twicely I visited newly opend Smart Point store in kharadi mundwa road Reliance Smart Point store, but every time they have Internet Issue,
Billing process is extremely Pathetic, sign boards says we accept UPI, GPay, but staff deny to accept UPI/Gpay, by saying System not working due to internet.
It hardly took me 12minutes to finalised my purchased, but in Billing process, I waited almost 16minutez, after that when my turned, came staff straightly denied to accept UPI.
One another which noted is only single EDC machine was working on all counters, that's the reason , swiping of other customers was also delayed. We are opening such huge Infrastructure, but if you can't provide basic billing infrastructure, then what is the use of such structure?
Twicely I visited, an twicely I lefted without purchasing any thing since, your billing issue .
