Wagholi is turning interesting with its food culture by the day! With more and more people moving towards Wagholi, the demand for good food is high and thankfully, there are a few aiming to meet that demand.

Green9 is one of those restaurants. I like many, had to travel outside Wagholi for good food but my search for a go to restaurant nearby has come to an end. Green9 to me is a blessing in disguise.

There are not many in Wagholi which can match Green9 at the moment.

Service is excellent. Knowledgeable staff and courteous. Special thanks to Mr. Ali for his prompt service.

With a large open, spacious and comfortable seating arrangement, including very reasonable prices for food and absolutely spot on service, this is a gem in hiding.

I have ordered - Cream of mushroom soup - consistency thinner and texture grainier than what I prefer but perfect balance in taste; coriander chicken - dhaniya chicken was beautifully cooked with every inch of the gravy shouting of the herb; Chicken angara - a spicy thick gravy laden with chicken which was perfectly cooked and chicken Patiala- mildly spicy gravy with cashew paste. just brilliant.

Portion sizes are good and sufficient for two.

The butter roti was thin and crisp, just as it should be including the butter naans. The lachcha parantha were authentic as well.

Drinks, including alcohol is super cheap and is a great place to hangout if you want to not burn a hole in your pockets.

Cost for two is less than Rs 600 without alcohol, so the value for money is GREAT!!

The only thing that is a problem is mosquitoes but they have insect coils to drive them away.

Finally, I would conclude by saying, I was I loved the experience here and have been there more than once ever since. This is my go to in Wagholi.
