I recently had the pleasure of dining at Hotel JT with my friends, and I must say it was an unforgettable experience. What sets this place apart is their unique late-night hours, catering specifically to night owls like us. Despite our late arrival, the staff welcomed us warmly and ensured we had a delightful evening.

Being bavdhankar, tried to check this restaurant today on 2nd june.. we reached at hotel around 9.50pm, they directly told us of min 1hr waiting period, whereas almost 50% tables are not even occupied.. we couldn't wait for so long as senior citizens & kids were with us, so we left.

My suggestion is, either you decrease your siting capacity or increase your kitchen staff capacity.. bcz in current situation, you are spoiling your clients mood without even tasting your food.. which more cause you as negative publicity.. i choose this hotel on Sunday eve, only bcz of its bigger sitting capacity, as thought of getting quicker service.. experienced completely opposite scenario.. bit disappointed but plz take this as genuine feedback to improve on...

Overpriced, Bad Food, Bad Service.

Worst thali food experience. At same cost there are multiple restaurants which offer great food with unlimited options.

Bhakri is written on the menu, but never available.

The meat is undercooked or frozen.

The service is horribly wrong, have to call the waiter 100 times.

Rice was frozen, was heated later and served smelly.

The soup in thali was cold and salt less.

I would recommend Hotel Laad or Gavkari instead of this fraud and...
