Location is the key selling point of this project. The project with 10 towers each 27 floors is designed in somewhere around 10 acres of land. The mhada building is planned right next to E and F towers which will obstruct the views for these towers. Project has 4 active litigations as per RERA site details. The prices seem little on higher side compared to K Pune or poorva aspire project in this area. 3 bhk sample flat layout is not shown as per actual flat layout. The dry balcony is provided integral with the kitchen but in sample flat it's shown as a separate space which is misleading. Lot of wastage (approx 75 sq. Feet) in 3 bhk entry foyer. Didn't feel like a sensible utilization of space. Overall I would consider this project only if location is my priority else there are better options out in...

I visited to book a flat here, but Sales persons here have zero knowledge about details of carpet area calculated ,when i asked calculation about it, they were confused..they don't even know that the toilet door and main door has different width sizes..Never expected this from well known...
