Hotel Kanchan Dining Hall — Restaurant in Pune

This hotel really lacks what we call as Service! When I asked for a pair towels, the hotel receptionist says we don't provide towels. When we got tea inside the room , the waiter asked for the Bill right away instead of paying during the check out!

This clearly points out to a very bad Service being given to the customera staying in their Hotel! Really i would not recommend anyone to stay in this hotel as the service you are going to get would...

*Tip- They dnt have normal regular water.. They always say its boring water.. Everytime they insist to purchase mineral water

This place is offering Shivbhojan Thali right now... As per govt regulations the plate should be given for Rs 5 but they are providing it for 10 Rs .. and they are charging 10 Rs extra for any further taken item whereas Shivbhojan Thali is free...
