Read moreWe have been visiting this restaurant since its inception in wagholi, that time the food's taste and quality was very good so we became regulars here till date. But since last few months, we are noticing a big time difference in their food quality, taste and quantity as well. It has been leaving us disappointed visit after visit. The food has become so oily and tasteless and quantity has decreased considerably. Although, the serving staff is still good and polite.
We are just coming back from this restaurant after a so called dinner, which has again been very disappointing. God knows what problem they are facing or may be they have changed the cook/chef. We ordered veg manchurian, it felt like it was reheated in microwave and presented before us. It was so oily and hard to cut that we could not eat it and we could not find any veg in it except assuming that cabbage might be there. The balls felt like only of maida and corn flour. Toast was ok ok but tasteless. Soup was watery. The price is also not less in any way and for this type of food, we feel like we wasted our money.
So we came back hungry. Overall, the experience was very disappointing once again and we have decided NOT TO VISIT SHIV SAGAR AGAIN and would not be recommending it to anyone now. Restaurant lost one more loyal customer.
So, I have come back to add something very important, that we could not digest that food, even though we could have very little of it, still Our stomach got upset and I vomited in the morning, the whole night my stomach ached like hell. So, now we have decided better not to eat anythng than to eat outside in restaurants like Shiv Sagar and fall so sick. That dinner turned out to be a nightmare for us....

Shiv Sagar Veg Restaurant is one of the best places for vegetarian food lovers! I went there with my family last weekend and we were really impressed. The menu is huge — from South Indian staples like crispy dosas and soft idlis to rich North Indian curries and even Chinese-style starters, there's something for everyone.
We ordered the Pav Bhaji, Butter Naan with Paneer Tikka Masala, and Cheese Mysore Dosa. Each dish was served hot, tasted fresh, and had the perfect balance of spices. The pav was buttery and soft, and the bhaji was full of flavor. The dosa was perfectly crisp, and the chutneys were authentic and flavorful.
The ambiance is clean, comfortable, and family-friendly. The restaurant was well-maintained, with good hygiene and fast table service. Even though it was a bit crowded, the staff was polite and ensured we were taken care of quickly.
Portions are generous, and prices are quite reasonable for the quality and quantity you get. Parking might be a bit tricky during peak hours, but overall, it’s a great place for both casual meals and small family gatherings.
Highly recommended if you're looking for tasty vegetarian food in a clean,...
