Hotel Sangam Restaurant and Bar — Restaurant in Pune

Worst hotel to visit on Nagar road,, horrible ignorant staff, and no hotel like service,its only like a ordinary mess in good ambiance,,,,,,, don't get fooled by decorations and fine photographic posters of food preparation,,, no such food is available, waiters are worst who do not listen to order properly nor can describe about any order you wish to place, I ordered spl veg Thali (160/-)per Thai, for our 4 guests ,there was a very simple dish offered like is a small road side corner canteen or workers mess ,I was disappointed, in all this called Special thali no papad , no soup, no sweet, and in name of rice it was a low quality Tukda tandul (clump of rice sticked together) served in from a big metal bowl like in wedding in local Maharashtra,,,,,, I seriously not recommend...

One of the worst restaurants to visit, firstly they served tomato made of rotten tomatoes, horrible smell, when complained, it was accepted, Biggest blunder was when we ordered paneer manchurian, and we served chicken chilly, how can one serve like this, this should be made a non veg in full. Manager says he had gone out and that's why we were served non veg, when I asked do you check each every item being served, he says he oversees all. God knows! Why does he want work like donkey when he has incompetent staff who does not know what has to be served when only one table was occupied in the whole hotel. This has been done deliberately as they did not have paneer at their store. We are brahmins, wondering if one can ever trust hotels away from...

It's worst hotel I ever found in Pune...it's too much costly and they serve low quality foods.
