Headed to Valentina for a family lunch on a Saturday afternoon. While the interiors are great, there was dust all over the tables and chairs and flies everywhere.
The service was one of the worst experiences. The staff wasn’t able to describe the preparations, 65% of the menu was cancelled out due to ‘unavailability of chef’ and food took ages to be served.
The cold coffee was more a chocolate milkshake than coffee, Thecha Jhinga was served burnt, Fried Chicken popcorn served without any condiments and upon requesting we were served a small bowl of tomato ketchup.
The saving grace was the Masala Papad and Chicken Peshawari.
At one point the experience seemed to be getting so bad that my family and I decided to pack our meals and head home and finish.

We recently had lunch at Hotel Valentina Bar & Kitchen in Pune, and it was a delightful experience.
It is just off the Mumbai Bangalore Highway. 4 wheeler Parking is quite sufficient.
The ambiance is warm and inviting, making it a perfect spot for a relaxing meal. They have indoor as well as outdoor covered seating areas. The staff were courteous and attentive.
The menu offered a great variety of dishes, and everything we ordered was delicious. The flavors were well-balanced, and the presentation was impressive. We particularly enjoyed the appetizers, which were both flavorful and satisfying.
