Hotel Vishwaraj — Restaurant in Pune

We have visited this restaurant multiple times, and each time we've experienced poor service. No one approaches us to provide a menu or take our order unless we repeatedly ask for it. The waitstaff appear inattentive and uninterested in their responsibilities, which comes across as rude and unwelcoming.

While the food itself is decent, the prices are slightly on the higher side, which makes the poor service even more disappointing.

I hope this review brings the management's attention to the behavior of the staff, as it could be a contributing factor to a decline in customer...

Very poor quality of food and bad quality of food had very bad experience with food also with service prefer not to visit again they don't behave properly with customer.

I want to highlight incident happened with me I ordered mysore masala dosa but they provided me with totally spicy dosa. Since I request them to change dosa with normal one .. But they denied saying that I need pay for this first and then only they will process with next order after having conversation with owner also they were not helpful and they say they don't care about customer satisfaction just...

Disappointed with the Vada Pav – Totally Overpriced! Visited the hotel expecting at least decent food for the price, but was shocked to find a plain, dry vada pav served without any chutney — not even a basic one!
