Absolute Chaos & Unethical Practices - AVOID THIS OUTLET!

I am only giving one star because zero is not an option. This was, without a doubt, the single worst "fast food" experience I have ever had. My visit to this KFC outlet was a masterclass in mismanagement, chaos, and what appears to be unethical behavior from the staff.

Here is a summary of our disastrous dine-in experience:

The Ordering Ordeal: We stood at an empty order counter for a full 15 minutes. It took flagging down multiple staff members before someone finally decided to take our order. To start, the highly advertised Chana Zinger was conveniently "unavailable."

Potentially Fraudulent Behavior: We had a bill of over ₹690, which qualified us for their "Bumper Weekend - Spend ₹299 & WIN" promotion (for a Thar, laptops, etc.). The cashier NEVER asked for our name or phone number, which is required to enter. Upon inspecting the receipt, we found they had used someone else's number, likely a staff member's, in a clear attempt to claim contest entries from customer purchases. This is not just poor service; it's incredibly shady and potentially illegal.

The "Fast Food" Lie - A 50-Minute Wait: We were told our order would take 20 minutes. We ended up waiting nearly ONE HOUR. The reason was clear: the entire counter was blocked by a massive crowd of confused and angry delivery riders. The store was marking online orders as "prepared" long before they were ready, creating a huge bottleneck and delaying everyone. It's ironic to see a "7-Min Express Pickup or Free Chicken" sign when dine-in customers are treated as a complete afterthought.

The Incorrect Order: After the infuriating wait, our order was a complete mess: We ordered a bucket but received our chicken in a flimsy box, despite a stack of buckets being visible behind the counter. The chicken pieces were wrong. We were missing a chicken strip and the other pieces didn't match what was on the receipt. The seasoning was non-existent. The "Peri Peri" was sprinkled on maybe two pieces, and the "Hot Wings" had no seasoning at all. We received the wrong sauces. All three of our Pepsi cups were not filled to the top.

Serious Compliance Issues: To top it all off, the tax invoice was missing the store's FSSAI license number. It just said "FSSAI:" followed by a blank space, which is a mandatory requirement and a serious red flag about their operational standards.

This outlet is a chaotic, poorly managed disaster. The staff are overwhelmed, the system for managing orders is broken, and their practices regarding customer promotions are deeply concerning.

Advice to others: Avoid this KFC - Warje outlet at all costs. You will be met with inexcusable wait times, incorrect orders, and staff practices that are questionable at best. Save your time, money, and sanity and go literally anywhere else. This isn't fast food; it's a frustrating joke.
