Monginis Cake Shop — Restaurant in Pune

I buy 2 items on 2nd dec from this shop. 1chcolate moose and 1 chocolate pastry piece. Pastry had very bad in taste when tried at home. After checking further we saw expiry date as '29th Nov' in the botton side. How can someone sell item with expiry date is 4 days back. Chocolate moose was also not good when smelled, so we did not tried that. Today, on 3rd dec I gone to shop complaining about this but first lady in shop refused to exchange chcolate moose , after looking at pastry packing for 5 mins she asked a boy (minor) to give replacement. I was not happy but I left chocolate mousse in shop only and took the replacement. After reaching home we found the same pastry(half eaten) which I returned to shop, they just repackaged it and gave back to me. How pathetic is this ? I have no words to explain how I am feeling now. This is killing their brand as well. They certainly lost a customer. I will be now going to either of 3 cake shops in same building but not this. Monginis should review how and to whom they give franchise.
